    Very good the two last links. I like the dialoges.
    When someone se presenta by phone say "This is John". Yo hubiera dicho "I am John". Ti is wrong?

    Dear John,

    Yes. It is commonly used to say "This is John". But if you say I'm John it is not incorrect... but natives will notice you are a foreigener (extranjero).
